libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg software package provides APQ Ada 95 Postgresql Binding Plugin (debug), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg
libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg *
You will get with libapq-postgresql3.2.0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
